Varey Therapy is owned by Keeley Varey. Keeley gained a first in her Occupational Therapy degree and has a PGCert in Sensory Integration, meaning that she is a Sensory Integration qualified Therapist.
Keeley has experience within SEN schools and adult centres for those with Learning Disabilities, Assessment and Treatment Units, Accident and Emergency, Mental health settings and within the Local Authority as a Lead Paediatrics Occupational Therapist.
We understand that life can take over at times! Cancellations can occur, and we try not to penalise for these where possible. You will be charged for one hours time should the cancellation occur within 3 hours of the planned input. You will not be charged for any changes up to this time.
Of course you can! Due to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Royal College of Occupational Therapist (RCOT) constraints, your details and any notes are kept on our care note system. You would be formally discharged from the service on this system.
As part of the HCPC standards, full, clear and accurate record keeping is vital. This ensures that there is continuity of care and can act as evidence if required in legal proceedings. All notes are factual, non opinionated and offer clear analysis and action plans.
Invoices are completed at the end of each month but they can be paid before this point– it is about what works for you. Please let us know in the initial meeting which is best.
You will recieve a consent form and new starter form to complete. Please return these to the email address. Please feel free to contact us at any time between the time of booking and your appointment date. We are always here to help you!
